Soquel-based Mexican restaurant Tortilla Flats started serving a special menu today, Thursday, April 18, to celebrate being open for 35 years. The 35th Anniversary menu, available through Sunday April 21, features two favorite dishes from each of the many special events Tortilla Flats hosts throughout the year. During all of these events, the restaurant offers special menus but the regular menu is also available with savory dishes like Green Corn Tamales and Red Pepper Enchiladas.
