Soquel cooking school Let’s Cook! hosts celebration party including chef demos & wine tasting

Chocolate treats created in a Let’s Cook! class

Soquel cooking school Let’s Cook! is celebrating being open for 7 months with a party on Saturday, August 11th. The party will include chef demos, food, beer and wine tastings, and a raffle.

The free event is from 2-4p.m. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet some of the farmers that provide ingredients to the school.

Let’s Cook! offers lots of classes throughout the year. The average cost is $65 for a 3-hour class and that includes tasting the resulting dishes that you create. For a more thorough overview of the school, read my article from May 2012, which I wrote after taking a fun Indian Cuisine course there.
