Foodtrucksagogo.com\">Food Trucks A Go Go<\/a> to present <strong>The Food Truck RoundUp<\/strong>, which aims to highlight the area\u2019s local food scene and will offer a short panel dialogue featuring a few of Santa Cruz\u2019s event producers. The event will be held on <strong>Friday, April 29 at 5 p.m.<\/strong> at The Delaware Addition (2120 Delaware Ave).<\/p>\n<p>Admission is free for kids and $3 for adults. Food from some of the area\u2019s popular local vendors and craft beer from <a href=\"http:\/\/humblesea.com\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/humblesea.com\/\">Humble Sea Brewery<\/a> will be available for purchase. The food vendors are offering \u201csmall plate\u201d menus so that guests can sample lots of different items; see below for highlights.<\/p>\n<p>Event Santa Cruz\u2019s Matthew Swinnerton will moderate a short panel discussion at 6:45 p.m. Panelists include David Dennis (<a href=\"http:\/\/ventanasupplies.com\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/ventanasupplies.com\">Ventana Surfboards &amp; Supplies<\/a>), Doug Erickson (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.meetup.com\/santacruznewtech\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.meetup.com\/santacruznewtech\/\">Santa Cruz New Tech Meetup<\/a>), Sally Kane (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scfoodlounge.com\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.scfoodlounge.com\">Santa Cruz Food Lounge<\/a>), Monica Karst (<a href=\"http:\/\/santacruzsocialites.com\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/santacruzsocialites.com\/\">Santa Cruz Socialites<\/a>) and LaLi Kates (Food Trucks A Go Go).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Food vendors &amp; menu highlights<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ate3one\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ate3one\"><strong>Ate3One<\/strong><\/a>, Santa Cruz &amp; Monterey County \u2013 A truck with delicious \u201cmodern street food\u201d by a husband and wife team. Friday\u2019s food will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mini Poke \u201cNachos\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Mini Naughty Fries (<em>I\u2019m not sure if they\u2019re the same every time, but last fall I had this at a Food Trucks A Go Go event and it included bacon, garlic confit, Parmesan and cheddar cheese, sour cream, house aioli and scallions<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cCBC-P\u201d Corralitos Brewing Co. draft beer-braised Pork Sando<\/li>\n<li>Bavarian Cream Stuffed Churro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AuntLaLisMobileCafe\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AuntLaLisMobileCafe\/\"><strong>Aunt Lali\u2019s Mobile Cafe<\/strong><\/a>, Scotts Valley &#8211; A fabulous ice cream truck. Friday\u2019s food will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>organic espresso drinks<\/li>\n<li>affogatos<\/li>\n<li>scooped ice cream<\/li>\n<li>your fave ice cream truck treats<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;Nawlins-style organic iced coffee<\/li>\n<li>made-to-order ice cream sandwiches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tacos Las Varas Nayarit<\/strong>, Watsonville \u2013 It\u2019s been described as a \u201cgigantic taco truck\u201d and I haven\u2019t had the opportunity to try their food yet. Friday\u2019s food will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tacos<\/li>\n<li>tortas<\/li>\n<li>quesadillas<\/li>\n<li>plates with rice, beans, salad<\/li>\n<li>meat choices: asada, pastor, carnitas, pollo, chile verde &amp; birria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/kicknchickenSC\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/kicknchickenSC\/\">Kickin Chicken<\/a><\/strong>, Santa Cruz \u2013 This local business first got famous for their scrumptious fried chicken and waffles.
