Keep reading for how to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are <strong>three locations<\/strong> to enjoy Zameen\u2019s amazing food:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Point<\/strong> (851 41<sup>st<\/sup> Ave.) Open Tues-Sun from noon-7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aptos<\/strong> (7528 Soquel Ave.) Thurs-Sun from noon-7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Hangar<\/strong> (45 Aviation Way #3, Watsonville) Tues-Thurs 11:30a.m.-3:30 p.m., Fri-Sat 11:30a.m.-7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Owner Ed Watson, who opened the first Zameen in Aptos in 2007, refers to the food as \u201c<strong>A Californian twist on Mediterranean street food<\/strong>.\u201d There are dishes to satisfy both carnivores and vegetarians, and several kids\u2019 selections for your little ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose a protein like <strong>falafel<\/strong>, <strong>red chili chicken<\/strong> (the harissa has a flavorful kick), <strong>gyros<\/strong> or <strong>lamb<\/strong> and then have it as a <strong>salad, wrap or bowl<\/strong>. Select delicious pearl couscous with cranberries and almonds or perfectly seasoned saffron rice for your bowl\u2019s base. I have a hard time ordering anything but the salads, since the combination of ingredients work so well together: they include pi<strong>ckled red onions, olives, garbanzo beans, feta, and a refreshing lemony vinaigrette. <\/strong>But the bread Zameen uses for the wraps is really good, so you can\u2019t go wrong no matter what you get!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Popular appetizers include <strong>Greek-style garlic fries topped with feta<\/strong>, fried calamari with green onion yogurt dipping sauce, and <strong>Moroccan Madness soup<\/strong>. The latter is an addicting, very comforting vegan creation with ingredients including chickpeas, curry, coconut milk and garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Need a gift for a Mediterranean food-loving friend or loved one?
