It&#8217;s estimated that the repairs will take approximately three months. The owners also plan to take this opportunity to make some improvements as they perform repairs.<\/p>\n<p>In May of this year, the owners of Sabieng &#8212; including Thailand native Wanlop Kachinthorn &#8212; opened a new Thai restaurant in Scotts Valley\u00a0called Kao Sook. Located in the former location of Bruno&#8217;s Barbecue, Kao Sook serves a huge variety of dishes ranging from appetizers (like satay or deep-fried sweet potatoes) to affordable lunch specials (like Pad Se Ew with your choice of meat) to dinner entrees (such as curries, stir-fries, and noodles dishes like Pad Thai). Beverages include Thai iced tea, soft drinks, beer, and wine.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Kao Sook Hours: Mon-Fri 11am-9pm, Sat-Sun Noon-9pm<\/p>\n<p>Kao Sook Location: 245H Mt.
