She\u2019s also taking orders for Thanksgiving dinner or Thanksgiving sides. Mollenauer, a graduate of Cabrillo College\u2019s Culinary Arts program, is a fabulous chef and caterer. Nov. 22 8:30-10 a.m. at Lifestyle\u2019s kitchen at 504A Front Street.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lifestyle&#8217;s Thanksgiving menu highlights<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>stuffed boneless turkey breast, white meat ($15.95, serves 2-3)<\/li>\n<li>whole cider brined seasoned turkey &#8212; ready to roast, stuffed with apples, onions, citrus, herbs (all-natural, cage-free, 16-18 pounds, $52, serves 15-20)<\/li>\n<li>signature cranberry chutney (tart and sweet, $5.95\/pint)<\/li>\n<li>stuffing (chicken apple sausage w\/pecans &amp; green apple $10.95, apple, sage &amp; dried cranberry $9.95; each serves 4-6)<\/li>\n<li>maple roasted brussel sprouts w\/pancetta ($11.95, serves 4-6)<\/li>\n<li>Companion Bakery bread loaves &amp; Kelly\u2019s Bakery rolls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Recipe for Lifestyle&#8217;s Signature Cranberry Chutney<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>3 stalks celery<\/p>\n<p>2 apples, peeled<\/p>\n<p>1 white onion<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup crystallized (sugared) ginger<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd cups cranberry juice<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd -2 cups sugar<\/p>\n<p>12oz. bag fresh cranberries (more if needed or watery.) Note -sauce thickens as it cools.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>-Dice celery, apples and onion finely (1\/4 inch dice)<\/p>\n<p>-In large saucepan, saut\u00e9 3 ingredients until tender but not mushy (approx. 5 minutes)<\/p>\n<p>-Add minced ginger part way through the saut\u00e9ing.<\/p>\n<p>-Add juice, vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>-Let simmer to thicken juice slightly (approx. 10 minutes)<\/p>\n<p>-Add cranberries and cook until they have popped and incorporated (approx. 10 minutes)<\/p>\n<p>-Taste sauce to adjust sweetness.<\/p>\n<p>-Remove from heat and let set.
